Do you allow marketing broadcasts? +

No. SPL-Core is strictly for transactional and systemic messaging (alerts, receipts, legal notices). Marketing campaigns detected on our IPs will result in immediate account suspension as per our AUP.

What is your policy on Payday Loan traffic? +

We support licensed financial institutions. All clients must provide proof of FCA (UK) or state-level (US) lending licenses. We do not support lead generation or affiliate traffic.

How do you handle dedicated IPs? +

Dedicated IPs require a minimum 30-day warm-up period managed by our deliverability team to ensure ISP reputation is established correctly before full volume is allowed.
